Accountant Required • Supervise cash handling operations, cash counts, closings, and bank reconciliations. • Review and supervise institutional accounting. • Validate and authorize expense vouchers. • Prepare and analyze financial information for decision-making. • Supervise payroll processes and labor-tax compliance. • Ensure timely fulfillment of tax obligations. • Optimize accounting and internal control processes. • Manage financial and administrative procedures. • Support institutional activities as required. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, administrative, or financial positions. Solid knowledge of: • General accounting. • Financial statements. • Tax and labor legislation. • Payroll administration. • Budgeting and cash flow management. • Accounting software platforms. • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis).
