Position Summary: Coordinate, supervise, and review electromechanical projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements in the construction sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of electromechanical projects. 2. Preparation and monitoring of tenders for electromechanical disciplines. 3. Coordination meetings with the architecture department. A construction company is seeking: **Graphic Designer** **Requirements:** * Engineering degree * Age: 25 years or older * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in a similar position **Position Objective:** Supervise, coordinate, and review the execution of conceptual design, design, and construction documents, as well as review calculation reports for electromechanical installations (Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Protection, Special Systems, Air Conditioning, etc.), ensuring all designs comply with applicable standards and client requirements. Additionally, prepare and launch tenders for various electromechanical disciplines and conduct construction supervision for these projects according to specifications and all associated responsibilities. **Job Functions:** * Coordination meetings for conceptual design and design phases with the architecture department * Coordinate the development of electromechanical engineering for the project. * Launch tenders for various electromechanical disciplines. * Conduct comparative analyses of tender economic proposals to determine the awarding of electromechanical installation construction contracts. * Continuous supervision during project execution. **We Offer:** Statutory Benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $24,000\.00 \- $26,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
