At **Telenet de México** we are looking for a **Special Systems Designer** to join our Design Coordination team. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing technical and economic proposals, developing diagrams, drawings, and descriptive reports, as well as ensuring the correct integration of systems such as CCTV, WiFi, GPON, IPTV, Background Audio, Access Control, and more, guaranteeing compliance with international hotel brand standards. **What will you do?** * Prepare economic proposals for special systems projects. * Create diagrams, schematics, single-line drawings, and technical documentation. * Develop descriptive reports aligned with applicable standards. * Integrate cabling design with various technological systems. * Verify that designs comply with guidelines from hotel brands such as Marriott, Accor, Hyatt, etc. * Support supplier selection through technical and economic analysis. * Monitor ongoing projects, generating catalogs and additional required documentation. **What we are looking for:** * Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Systems, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related field. * Knowledge of structured cabling (copper and fiber), CCTV, GPON, Access Control, Fire Detection, Audio, and Active Systems. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Office, Visio, and blueprint reading. * At least 1 year of experience in implementation or design of special systems. * Desired certifications: Panduit, Commscope, Belden, Axis, Avigilon, Hikvision. * Competencies: analytical thinking, organization, assertive communication, teamwork, conflict management, and results orientation. **What we offer:** * Job stability and professional growth. * Involvement in high-level hotel projects. * Working hours: Mon–Fri 8:30 to 18:30, Sat 9:00 to 12:00.
