At **Avocado Creative**, we are seeking a highly organized, structured, and process-oriented individual to lead the day-to-day operations of the creative team. This role is responsible for **mapping, scheduling, and coordinating all client tasks**, ensuring that each request is clearly defined, prioritized, and assigned in **Asana**, with clear deadlines and well-defined owners. This person will serve as the **bridge between clients, creative directors, and designers**, guaranteeing an efficient and orderly workflow, and ensuring that delivered services uphold Avocado Creative’s premium standard. This is a **100% operational role**, critical to service scalability and quality. **Key Responsibilities** * Map and break down all client requests into clear, actionable tasks. * Schedule and calendarize tasks in **Asana**, assigning owners and realistic deadlines. * Estimate execution times per task type so the creative team has clarity on workload and priorities. * Assign tasks to appropriate designers based on capacity, specialization, and current workload. * Conduct daily follow-up on task status to ensure timely delivery. * Maintain constant coordination with **Creative Directors**. * Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements. **Requirements** * Prior experience in **project management, operations, or creative traffic**, preferably within creative agencies, marketing firms, or design studios. * Proficiency in **Asana** or any other project management tool. Must be able to create projects, tasks, subtasks, deadlines, assignees, and dependencies. * Experience coordinating teams. * Strong skills in **organization, prioritization, and tracking** of multiple tasks and clients simultaneously. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate internally and provide operational clarity. * Ability to work under pressure and in high-demand environments without compromising order or quality. * Attention to detail and focus on deadline adherence. * Proactivity in identifying blockers, anticipating issues, and proposing operational solutions.
