**Design Department Leader – Mechanical Designer** Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum three years’ experience in the metal-mechanical industry. **Knowledge:** Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Materials (steels and plastics). Heat treatments. Measuring instruments. Geometric tolerances – ASME/AISI standards. Reading and interpretation of engineering drawings. **Skills:** Responsible, decisive, proactive, analytical, accustomed to working toward objectives and under pressure, frustration-tolerant. **Responsibilities:** Leadership of the design department. Performance evaluation of subordinates. Creation, review, and approval of team designs. Release of production orders. Procurement of materials and services required for production orders. Customer service, including on-site surveys at customer facilities. Implementation of customer-requested drawing modifications and issuance of rework orders. Working Hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00; Sat 08:00–13:00 HRS.
