**Job Description** We are looking for a highly creative and proactive designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing visual design strategies for our social media platforms, aiming to strengthen our brand and increase our reach. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have solid knowledge in web design and live streaming, as well as the ability to work independently and meet delivery goals. **Key Responsibilities** **Graphic Design:** * Create engaging visual content for social media (images, videos, infographics) * Develop the brand's visual identity across all digital platforms * Design graphic materials for digital marketing campaigns * Design and layout of web pages * **Social Media:** * Manage and administer our social media accounts * Develop and implement content strategies for each platform * Monitor and analyze metrics to optimize performance * Create and execute social media advertising campaigns * **Live Streaming:** * Produce and edit live broadcasts * Manage streaming platforms * **Other Tasks:** * Collaborate on special design and marketing projects * Develop communication and training materials for our Centers (videos, posters, etc.) * Stay updated on the latest trends in design and social media **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in design and social media management. * Strong skills in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.). * Knowledge of web design (WordPress) * Familiarity with web analytics tools * Knowledge of web applications (Adalo) * Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for branding. * **Soft Skills:** * Creativity and innovation * Proactivity and ability to work independently * Results-oriented * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Responsibility and commitment * **Desirable:** * Experience in mobile app design * Knowledge of SEO and SEM **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary: $10,000 to $12,000 per month * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM * Professional growth opportunities * Dynamic and creative work environment **What Do We Offer?** * Full-time contract. * Competitive salary. * Professional growth opportunities. * Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Ready to join our team?** If you are a talented designer passionate about the digital world, we look forward to receiving your application!
