Job Summary: Responsible for REFUSE’s digital presence, combining community management with high-quality visual content creation to ensure consistent and engaging communication. Key Highlights: 1. Community management and customer service via WhatsApp 2. Design of posts, carousels, and stories 3. Proficiency in design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma) **Schedule** **Monday to Friday** 9 am to 5 pm **Job Objective** To manage REFUSE’s digital presence by actively managing the community and creating high-quality visual content, ensuring consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned communication. **Responsibilities** * Community management \& customer service * Instagram account management * Customer service via WhatsApp * Content \& design * Design of posts, carousels, and stories. * Graphic adaptations for various platforms. * Support for internal presentations and printed materials (if applicable). * Strategy \& analytics * Content publishing and scheduling. **Ideal Profile** * 2\+ years of experience in community management and/or digital design. * Excellent spelling and written communication skills. * Proficiency in design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma). * Knowledge of Meta Business Suite. * Strong aesthetic judgment and brand understanding. * Customer service orientation. * Organizational skills and ability to work according to a schedule. * Proactivity and solution-oriented mindset. * Experience with lifestyle / fitness brands (preferred). **Required Tools** * Community management \& communication * Instagram / TikTok / Facebook (native) * Meta Business Suite * WhatsApp Business * Basic CRM or lead-tracking tools (e.g., HubSpot, Notion, Airtable) **Design \& Content** * Adobe Illustrator * Adobe Photoshop * Figma * Canva (advanced level, not basic) **Planning \& Organization** * Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Gym discount * Option for indefinite-term contract * Discounted cafeteria service * Gym service * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Workplace: On-site employment
