Position Summary: Responsible for supervising and coordinating store design projects, from conceptualization through execution, ensuring quality and achievement of objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative environment and professional development **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Responsible for supervising and coordinating store design projects, ensuring their proper execution from conceptualization through the development of the construction documents on site. Guarantees that each phase complies with established guidelines, quality standards, timelines, and business objectives, providing comprehensive oversight of the design process and its implementation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Development of construction documents to implement the project on site. * Interpretation and proposal of solutions to internal department clients' needs. * Coordination of material and supply sample generation for the assigned project. * Conducting site visits to supervise proper project progress. * Communicating updates or changes arising on site to relevant departments. * Maintaining the SharePoint database up to date. * Collaborating jointly with designers, decorators, architects, and contractors to * develop projects. Preparation of project renderings. * **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture (completed). * Residency in Cancún, Quintana Roo. * 3 years of experience in architectural and interior design projects (retail experience preferred). * Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level; preferred). * Prior experience in construction supervision and preparation of architectural construction documents (preferred). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proactive attitude. * Effective communication skills. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Budget preparation * AUTOCAD * REVIT * SketchUp * Intermediate Excel * Illustrator (preferred) **ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE:** * Electrical and lighting installations (preferred). * Video and camera installations (preferred). * Air conditioning installations (preferred). * Finishes and masonry (preferred). **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Uniform. * Saturdays and Sundays off. * Collaborative environment and professional development.
