Job stability and an excellent work environment Position Objective Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff activities, ensuring that club facilities are maintained in optimal condition regarding hygiene, order, and presentation. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience supervising cleaning staff, housekeeping, or general services. Personnel management and operational activity coordination. Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and procedures. Service-oriented attitude, leadership, and teamwork. Flexible availability for work schedule. Responsible, punctual, and well-groomed. Main Responsibilities Supervise daily cleaning staff activities. Verify compliance with cleaning and hygiene standards across all club areas. Assign tasks and monitor task completion. Monitor proper use of cleaning materials and supplies. Report incidents, maintenance needs, or supply shortages. Train and support staff on cleaning procedures and best practices. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Work Schedule Workdays from Tuesday to Sunday. Schedules subject to the club's operational needs. We Offer Competitive salary.
