Primary Responsibility Lead your station with precision, quality, and leadership, ensuring every service is delivered on time, in proper form, and to the standards that distinguish us. Responsibilities ° Full control of your station (mise en place, production, and plating). ° Supervision and support of cooks assigned to your area. ° Guarantee of flavor, presentation, and consistency. ° Active participation in events, banquets, and tournaments. ° Strict adherence to hygiene and food handling regulations. Profile ° Technical or professional degree in gastronomy. ° Minimum 2 years’ experience as a sous chef or in a similar position. ° Solid knowledge of culinary techniques. ° Organization, discipline, and operational leadership. ° Teamwork orientation and high service standards.
