Requirements analysis and technical support For a national project, Electoral Informatics seeks SOFTWARE AND IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Systems, Informatics, or a related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in this or similar positions * Programming * Database * Agile methodologies * Code documentation * Software implementation * Staff training * Support Main responsibilities: * Implement the software tools used for PREP management. * Ensure proper configuration of polling stations, political parties, electoral register, and approved polling booths for PREP systems. * Generate information for simulation exercises. * Backup information generated during simulation exercises. * User management for the system. * Installation and administration of systems. * Systems requirements analysis. * Submit systems requirements resulting from analysis to the Systems Management Department. * Execute system checklists during simulation exercises and on election day.
