Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Assistant / General Assistant for a major metal-mechanical company, responsible for machine feeding, inspection, assembly, and material loading on the production line. Salary and Benefits Gross monthly salary: $12,750 Approximate weekly take-home pay: $2,541 Transportation allowance: $23\.50 per day Weekly payment via Banorte or BBVA Grocery vouchers: 10\.5% Retention bonus: $500 per month for the first 6 months Attendance and punctuality bonus Savings fund: 8% Thirteenth-month bonus: 27 days Vacation bonus: 35% Profit sharing Subsidized cafeteria Free uniform Social security Direct hiring by the company Employment stability Requirements Age between 20 and 51 years Completed junior high school (minimum transcript required) Experience in production or as a general assistant Preferably experience in production lines or metal\-mechanical industries Availability to rotate 12-hour shifts Verifiable employment stability Prior experience working rotating shifts is mandatory Responsibilities Feeding machines and presses Material inspection Component assembly Material loading Scanning QR codes Working on the production line Work Schedule Rotating 12-hour shifts: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm 6:00 pm to 6:00 am Rotating rest days between weekdays and weekends.
