Requirements: • 1 year of experience in tracking waybills, handling scheduled pickups, monitoring claims, and recovering packages. • Advanced Excel proficiency • Completed High School Diploma Key Activities: • Dispatch waybills for pickups at external units and ensure timely and secure return of computers, mobile phones, files, contracts, etc. • Package Display department materials, ensuring their distribution to respective stores. • Handle scheduled package pickups daily to guarantee timely and proper dispatch via FEDEX and DHL couriers. • Receive documentation through courier services to ensure delivery to Corporate staff. • Track shipments by monitoring courier waybills on the corresponding portal to ensure delivery. • Quantify cleaning supplies inventory, verifying availability of required items for daily operations.
