Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information. Monitor and ensure the security of the hotel's cash and cash equivalents in compliance with cash handling policies and procedures. Organize, secure, and manage all accounting books and records in accordance with document retention and confidentiality policies and procedures. Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, audit, or payroll reports and tables. Review and reconcile revenue reports. Monitor and follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management; remain aware of potential security threats around the hotel. Comply with all brand policies and procedures; ensure a clean and complete uniform is worn; maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times while on duty; respect confidentiality when sharing brand- and/or hotel-specific information; protect all company assets; safeguard guest and employee privacy and security. Greet and welcome guests according to company standards, anticipate and respond to their needs, assist persons with disabilities, and warmly thank guests. Use clear and courteous language in all communications; prepare and accurately complete written documents; answer the telephone using appropriate etiquette. Develop positive and productive working relationships with peers; collaborate and support one another to achieve common goals; listen and respond appropriately to other employees' concerns. Adhere to quality requirements and standards. Move, lift, carry, pull, and place objects weighing up to 4.5 kilograms independently.
