Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on facilities, equipment, and swimming pools, while managing inventory and reporting incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment. 2. Inventory management of tools and materials. 3. Preparation of reports and incident reporting. Maintenance Technician Location: Blvd. Eulalio Gutiérrez Treviño 2275-local 26 E, Col. Ex Hacienda, San José de los Cerritos, 25293 Saltillo, Coah., Mexico Education: Completed technical programs or completed engineering degrees in Electricity, Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in maintenance, preferably in gyms, sports clubs, hospitality, and restaurants Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, gym equipment, and swimming pools. Execute maintenance schedules and complete logbooks appropriately for effective control. Procure spare parts, materials, and supplies, selecting the most cost-effective options from current suppliers. Inspect and evaluate facility conditions, reporting repair or improvement needs and, where applicable, proposing optimal solutions. Ensure and conduct measurements of established pool parameters, guaranteeing compliance with safety and health regulations for aquatic facility maintenance. Manage inventory of maintenance tools and materials. Prepare activity reports and report incidents to general management and/or shift supervisors.
