### **Job Description and Responsibilities** As part of a large-scale digital transformation program, you will join a dedicated team responsible for the quality of business applications as a **Functional QA Tester**. Your objective: **to ensure solution reliability prior to production deployment**. Your responsibilities: * Participate in the **review of functional specifications** * Define the **test strategy** and associated test datasets * Write **test notebooks, test plans, and test cases** * Execute **manual test campaigns** (functional, integration, non-regression) * Identify, classify, and track **defects** * Design **automated non-regression tests** * Produce **quality reports and metrics** * Collaborate with **project, business, and development teams** * Support users during user acceptance testing phases Technical environment: * Test tools: **Squash TM or equivalent** * Ticketing systems: **Jira, Redmine, GitLab** * API testing: **Postman** * Methodologies: **Agile / Scrum, V-Model** ### **Required Profile** * Bachelor's degree +5 in computer science or equivalent * **Minimum 6 years of experience** in functional testing / QA * Solid experience in **writing and executing tests** * Proficiency with test and ticketing tools * Knowledge of API testing (Postman) * Experience working in Agile environments * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders ***Required Qualities*** * Rigor and organizational skills * Analytical and synthetic thinking * Autonomy and proactivity * Strong interpersonal skills * Customer-oriented mindset ***Terms and Conditions*** * Position based in Monaco * Partial remote work possible (up to 2 days per week) * Long-term assignment * Fast start
