In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing corporate, social, and political events. Banquets, conferences, public events, trade fairs, etc. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and your skill in working under pressure will be essential to the success of our events. We need someone with experience in event planning and coordination, along with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office for document, spreadsheet, and presentation management. You must demonstrate proven teamwork capabilities and a proactive attitude to resolve issues that may arise during event organization. Your role will involve vendor coordination, budget management, and supervision of event logistics. Minimum requirements include relevant education and prior experience in event coordination.
