Experience: Minimum 1 year in construction supervision. Project-based contract for renovation (7 months). · Responsibilities: Plan construction activities Inspect on-site that installed materials comply with scope, construction procedures, quality, and regulations Verify that contracted materials match those installed in renovation projects Report on-site incidents to the Construction Sub-Management Perform reconciliation of executed volumes, as well as administrative closure reconciliation Conduct photographic reporting of construction progress Provide solutions to unexpected contingencies on-site · Skills: Leadership Communication Proactivity Negotiation Commitment · We Offer: Gross monthly salary + Statutory benefits (social security, vacation, vacation bonus, and year-end bonus) · Work Location: Cinemex Punta Langosta · We believe in talent, collaboration, and continuous development, providing a dynamic environment with growth opportunities.
