Interaction with members and system management Location: La Hacienda Golf Club Atizapán · Job Objective: Support the club's collections management, ensuring timely follow-up on member payments, recording of transactions, and control of accounts receivable. Main Responsibilities: Assist in tracking members' accounts receivable. Basic contact with members (email or phone) for payment reminders. Record and update payments in the system (SAP preferred). Basic account reconciliation. Filing and administrative documentation control. Assist in collections reporting and portfolio status updates. Front desk support when required (direct interaction with members). Requirements: Currently enrolled student in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Part-time availability (morning shift preferred). Basic Excel proficiency. SAP knowledge is desirable. Ability to interact courteously with customers/members. Organizational skills and attention to detail.
