On non-event days, standard hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. On event days, flexibility is required to meet the operational needs of the banquet service. Verification of food quality, presentation, and appropriate temperature. Maintenance of order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the kitchen area and work equipment.
