Job Summary: We are seeking a Butcher to perform meat cutting, grinding, order fulfillment, inventory control, and maintenance of area cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Work Location: Santa Anita Schedule: 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (fixed weekday break) REQUIREMENTS * Minimum education level: Junior high school * 1 year of experience in meat cutting/butcher shops * Good personal appearance RESPONSIBILITIES * Receiving goods. * Weighing and packaging products. * Grinding meat and performing cuts. * Fulfilling meat orders. * Monitoring the condition of meats, utensils, equipment, and tools, as well as maintaining control records. * Inventory management. * Keeping the butcher shop area clean and organized.
