Job Summary: This Warehouse Associate role focuses on resource optimization and efficient management of warehouse activities for supplies and equipment within an educational institution. About the Role Warehouse Associate In this role, you will contribute to optimizing resources—material, human, and financial—available to the Institution through effective management of warehouse-related activities for supplies and equipment. Your key responsibilities: • Ensure proper preparation and distribution of raw materials for corresponding classes (kitchen and service). • Contact suppliers to place orders for raw materials as requested by the Executive Chef and Service Supervision. • Conduct initial and final inventories each semester. • Maintain a record of invoices for all purchases made. • Participate in general meetings and training sessions. Profile We Are Seeking Essential Requirements: • High school diploma and/or incomplete or completed undergraduate degree. • 1–2 years of experience in administrative process tracking, organization, inventory control, report creation for tracking supply shrinkage, and supplier management. Desirable: • Experience in global or educational environments. • Key competencies: sense of urgency, adherence to standards, service orientation, communication.
