Commercial agreement and partnership generation At Parque Sendela, home of the Estrella de Puebla, we seek to welcome a results-focused ***Salesperson*** with strong commercial skills and a passion for customer interaction. **Position Objective:** Generate revenue through the sale of park services, spaces, and experiences, thereby driving visitor attraction and commercial positioning. **Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:** * Selling park services (events, venues, experiences) * Prospecting customers (corporations, schools, agencies, groups) * Generating commercial agreements and partnerships * Following up with potential customers and closing sales * Achieving monthly sales targets * Promoting tickets and attractive packages * Customer and supplier engagement and negotiation **Required Profile:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field \- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (corporate or service sales preferred) \- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills \- Results-driven mindset and goal-oriented approach \- Proactive attitude and customer-centric orientation \- Basic proficiency with digital tools **We Offer:** Base salary \+ attractive commission structure, professional development in commercial and sales areas, and a dynamic work environment.
