At Universidad Cuauhtémoc Querétaro, we are looking for a qualified and motivated Systems Assistant to join our information technology team. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems or related field. - Desired knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. - Knowledge of technical support and customer service. - Ability to work in a team. - Availability to work afternoon shifts: Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00 hours, and Saturday on-call duty from 08:00 to 13:00 (on-call schedule coordinated with the IT team). Responsibilities: - Support preventive and corrective maintenance of university computer equipment. - Provide technical support to users in resolving hardware- and software-related issues. - Address and resolve customer service requests related to the systems department. - Support computer equipment backup procedures and ensure data integrity. - Collaborate with the systems team on assigned projects and tasks. - Respond to technical support requests from students and teaching staff.
