Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide support and guidance to students and their parents, promoting discipline and healthy school coexistence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive support and guidance for students and their parents. 2. Supervision of regulatory compliance and maintenance of order. 3. Promotion of an environment of respect and healthy coexistence. INSTITUTO UNIVERSITARIO DEL CENTRO DE MEXICO RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support for parents and students. * Intervention and resolution of conflicts. * Guidance for students. * Monitoring of compliance with the school regulations. * Contribution to developing habits supporting holistic development. * Supervision and maintenance of order within the institution. * Promotion of an environment of respect, discipline, and healthy coexistence. We Offer: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Saturday: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree in psychology, pedagogy, or related fields (degree certificate required or in process of certification). * Age: Minimum 25 years old Skills: Planning and organization Teamwork Service-oriented attitude Proactivity Problem-solving Working under pressure Basic use of digital tools . -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education - General High School 1 year of experience Age: between 23 and 45 years Knowledge: Proactivity, Microsoft Excel, Organization Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, school, colegio, escuela
