At **Papalote Museo del Niño**, we are looking for **Summer Course Guides** with a strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and commitment—focused on ensuring a safe, fun, and trustworthy environment for children during their time at the museum.

Position Details
* **Position:** Summer Course Guide (Focus on Child Care and Group Management).
* **Project Period:** Temporary (July–August 2026\).
Your main responsibilities will be:
**\- Child care and protection:** Actively and continuously supervise the well-being, physical safety, and integrity of the infants assigned to your group.
**\- Group management and control:** Lead group dynamics assertively, empathetically, and organizationally, maintaining order and respect at all times.
**\- Accompaniment and mediation:** Guide children through workshops, exhibitions, and course activities, ensuring their safe integration and participation.
**\- Safety logistics:** Strictly support control protocols (child check-in, mealtime, transitions between rooms, and safe handover to parents/guardians).
Required Profile:
**Education:** Students (from mid-program onward) or graduates in **Psychology, Pedagogy, Educational Sciences, Childcare**, or related fields.
**Desirable Experience:** Formal or volunteer work with groups of children (camps, play centers, teaching, remedial instruction, or professional internships).
**Essential Skills:**
\- High sense of responsibility, care, and attention to detail.
\- Ability to peacefully resolve children’s conflicts and provide basic emotional containment.
\- Patience, impulse control, and assertive communication with children and parents/guardians.
\- Punctuality and ethical commitment to the protection of minors.
