Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Guard for a publishing house, responsible for access control, facility and personnel surveillance, and document management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Constant surveillance and access control 2. Management of logs and personnel records 3. Supervision of internal protocols MONTENEGRO EDITORES. A company dedicated to publishing and educational book content, is looking for: Security Guard We offer: Nominal monthly salary of $12,000.00 (paid biweekly). $1,000 in monthly food vouchers (for punctuality and attendance). Statutory benefits and additional days off beyond those mandated by law. Profit-sharing. Work schedule: Alternating weekly shifts — one week from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and the next week from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Responsibilities: Maintain precise control over logs and internal personnel records. Control external access and receipt of supplies and packages. Monitor facilities and ensure personnel safety and integrity. Supervise compliance with internal processes and protocols. Document control and filing. General cleaning and organization of the work area. Vehicle repositioning. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience. Easy access to the workplace (Plaza del Sol / Expo Guadalajara). Competencies / Skills: Constant attention and vigilance. Conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in log management and recordkeeping.
