Coordination with key university departments TEMPORARY Return Advisor UVM Guadalajara Sur Campus Position Objective Recover and re-enroll students currently on temporary withdrawal or who have dropped out from UVM Guadalajara Sur, through strategic follow-up, personalized counseling, and financial/academic solutions that enable their academic continuity, thereby contributing to the campus’s student retention goals. Main Responsibilities Contact database of students with recent or historical withdrawals. Identify reasons for dropout (economic, academic, personal, or administrative). Offer alternatives such as: Review of outstanding balances Payment plans Scholarship reactivation Modality or shift changes Manage re-enrollment processes and provide guidance until successful registration. Timely follow-up via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email. Detailed record-keeping of all interactions in the institutional CRM. Achieve the monthly return target set by the Commercial Directorate. Collaborate closely with Finance, Academic Affairs, and Student Services departments. ?? Ideal Candidate Profile Education: Completed or incomplete undergraduate degree (in Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related fields). Experience: 1 year in consultative sales, retention, or call center roles. Proven experience meeting monthly performance targets. ?? Key Competencies Strong results orientation. Compensation structure: base salary + variable pay based on target achievement. Reports to Commercial Coordination or Directorate. WORKING HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9 AM–7 PM; SATURDAYS 9 AM–4 PM Additional benefits and perks: Monthly salary: $12,000 gross + excellent monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses.
