




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced recruiter for operational roles, responsible for attracting, screening, and verifying candidates, as well as supporting onboarding and administrative HR tasks. Supporting onboarding and administrative HR tasks We require a candidate of any gender to carry out recruitment for the Operations department. Age: 25 years or older. Requirements: \- Sense of urgency \- Sense of responsibility \- Effective communication \- Negotiation skills \- Problem-solving ability \- Creativity and dynamism \- Database and Microsoft Office proficiency \- Social media management * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (in some cases, a high school diploma with extensive experience is acceptable). * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year in recruiting operational or transportation profiles. Key Activities: * **Talent Attraction:** Posting job openings on specialized platforms and conducting active searches on LinkedIn, local job boards, and social media. * **Screening and Interviews:** Conducting initial and in-depth interviews to assess experience, employment stability, and technical knowledge. * **Documentation Verification:** Validating valid licenses (federal or local), letters of recommendation, criminal background checks, and clean driving records. * **Onboarding Training:** Providing new hires with information about the company’s methodology, rules, sanctions, rewards, etc. * **Logistical Support:** In some cases, transporting candidates to examination sites, training locations, or offices for processing their onboarding. * **HR Support:** Updating personnel file documentation and performing administrative tasks, etc. Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $12,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
