You will be the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and internal staff, ensuring courteous, efficient, and professional service. Responsibilities Answer and route telephone calls. Provide in-person service to students, parents, suppliers, and visitors. Manage schedules, appointments, and access records. Support administrative tasks and documentation control. Route requests to the appropriate departments. Maintain an organized and presentable reception area. Receive packages and documents. · Requirements Education: Completed high school. Experience: 1 year in reception, customer service, or administrative roles. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent appearance and communication skills.
