**Position Responsibilities** * Present the project to educational authorities. * Train teachers, families, and key stakeholders at the national and state level. * Design training and engagement spaces with diverse educational communities. * Develop a strategy for supporting and monitoring reference and transformation schools. * Systematize and document success stories and school processes. * Participate in internal training sessions for the Learning Communities team. * Provide follow-up, guidance, and support to schools through teachers and the educational community. * Participate in organizing state and national forums and gatherings to establish and strengthen the national Learning Communities network. * Submit quarterly reports to state and national coordinators. * Support managing and developing institutional relationships in the region.
