Collaborates with academic coordination on disciplinary matters. **Full Job Description** **Colegio Numen Juriquilla** is seeking a ***Prefect*** focused on **positive classroom and school-wide discipline, enforcement of institutional regulations, and student behavioral monitoring**, to strengthen order and the academic environment within the section. This position starts in August for the 2026\-2027 academic year. **Job Objective:** Ensure the **proper implementation of the school regulations**, promoting discipline, respect, and healthy coexistence within the institution through timely tracking of academic and behavioral incidents. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:30 **Location:** Colegio Numen Juriquilla, Real de Juriquilla **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise school discipline and compliance with institutional regulations. * Monitor and record student absences, tardiness, and incidents. * Apply corrective measures according to institutional guidelines. * Follow up on behavioral reports and case referrals. * Support academic, civic, and extracurricular activities. * Maintain order at entrances, hallways, and common areas. * Prepare administrative reports and documentation of follow-up actions. * Collaborate with academic coordination and school leadership on disciplinary matters. **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, pedagogy, administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in disciplinary control or school prefecture, preferably at secondary or preparatory level. * Experience managing administrative reports and incident tracking. * Strong communication skills, authority, group management, and conflict resolution abilities. * High sense of responsibility, organization, and adherence to rules. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Savings fund. * Direct employment contract with the school. * Opportunities for continuous growth and development. **Application** * Send an updated CV to: anapaulina.ortiz@colegionumen.edu.mx with the subject line "**Prefect Secondary".** Salary: $13,500\.00 \- $15,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings account Workplace: On-site employment
