




Job Summary: The Prefect ensures order, discipline, and regulatory compliance on campus by supervising student behavior to foster a conducive environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. About the Role Prefect Ensure order, discipline, and compliance with institutional regulations on campus through supervision, guidance, and follow-up of student behavior, attendance, and presence—contributing to a safe, harmonious, and conducive environment for the proper execution of academic and training activities. Your Key Challenges 1. Conduct periodic daily rounds in assigned areas to monitor faculty attendance and the conduct of the UVM community in accordance with established internal regulations, reporting any anomalies detected. 2. Ensure classrooms are opened and closed at the scheduled times for each course, safeguarding their keys. 3. Monitor the full delivery of classes, including location and scheduled time. 4. Advise the UVM community on the proper use of materials and furniture located both inside and outside academic spaces, reporting any anomalies detected through established control procedures. 5. Assist in conducting an inventory of fixed assets located in academic spaces to ensure they are in good condition and match records reported by the Warehouse Department. 6. Profile We Seek Essential Requirements: · Higher Technical Degree in Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, or Administration. · Two years of experience in similar positions.
