Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to maintain the workplace in optimal condition and support the continuous improvement of facilities. Key Highlights: 1. A collaborative and dynamic work environment. **Opportunity:** Universidad Latinoamericana is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to work on-site at our campus. This role is essential to maintaining the workplace in optimal condition and supporting the continuous improvement of facilities. **Responsibilities:** * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. * Knowledge of electricity and plumbing. * Support activities across campus, i.e., common school issues (clogged restrooms, swimming pool pumps, water tank inspections, painting). **Requirements:** * Prior experience in facility maintenance. * Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment. * Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with various departments. * Strong problem-solving skills. **Benefits:** * A collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Monthly gross salary of $9450 * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) * Vacation days * 15-day year-end bonus * Life insurance * Accident insurance Join Lottus Education and contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of our facilities.
