This role is critical to maintaining an optimal learning environment through efficient execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on infrastructure and equipment. We seek a technically skilled, organized, and problem-solving-oriented professional capable of working autonomously and coordinating specialized services when required. Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on school facilities. * Diagnose and resolve failures in electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and general infrastructure. * Ensure the continuous and safe operation of campus equipment and facilities. * Conduct periodic inspections to identify maintenance or improvement needs. * Coordinate and monitor external suppliers for specialized work. * Maintain maintenance records and track completed tasks. * Manage inventory of tools, materials, and spare parts. * Support implementation of infrastructure improvements and facility optimization. Requirements * Degree in Maintenance Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (completed or in progress). * Proven experience in maintenance of institutional, educational, or corporate facilities. * Knowledge of: * Electricity * HVAC systems * Plumbing * General infrastructure maintenance * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical failures. * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
