We are seeking an Administrative Labor Relations Manager responsible for ensuring compliance with internal labor policies, managing personnel hiring and termination processes, and overseeing proper handling of labor documentation and institutional relations. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or related fields. - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. - Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and administrative labor procedures. - Ability to handle conflicts and draft official documents. - High level of organization, confidentiality, and results orientation. Main Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with internal labor policies by administrative and teaching staff. - Execute the personnel hiring process for both administrative and teaching staff. - Manage resignation and abandonment-of-work processes, including corresponding documentation and follow-up. - Prepare and maintain up-to-date personnel files. - Participate in the hiring and documentation of teaching staff. - Draft and record minutes of incidents and administrative minutes. - Apply and document labor sanctions according to regulations and internal procedures.
