Position Title: Information Technology (IT) Intern Purpose of the Position: Support the continuous and efficient operation of the technology infrastructure through basic technical support activities, preventive maintenance, and initial administration of computing equipment, networks, and IT platforms, while assisting internal users and strengthening your professional development. Main Responsibilities: • On-site and remote technical support assistance to users • Assistance with preventive maintenance of computing equipment • Basic software installation and updates • Assistance with basic equipment configuration • User creation and deactivation under supervision in Microsoft 365 • Assistance with basic Active Directory tasks • Updating inventories of computing equipment and technological devices • Documentation of IT department activities Skills: • Analytical ability • Problem-solving skills • Effective communication • Organization and orderliness • Service-oriented attitude • Interest in learning (self-directed) • Teamwork Requirements: • Education: Currently enrolled undergraduate or engineering student in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or Basic knowledge of IT technical support, Microsoft 365 (preferred), and fundamental networking (IP, connectivity).
