The **Banco Escolar y Comercial** is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on movable and immovable assets across campus, ensuring their optimal operation, preservation, and presentation, thereby guaranteeing safe and appropriate spaces for the academic community. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Technical degree * 1 year of experience in general maintenance * Valid official documents * Knowledge in: Electricity, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, Air Conditioning, Masonry, and general maintenance **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks * Coordinate activities related to electricity, painting, plumbing, metalwork, and carpentry * Monitor the overall condition of campus facilities * Coordinate external vendors for specialized maintenance * Conduct inventory of tools and personal protective equipment * Verify proper use of staff safety equipment * Support activities related to physical infrastructure and space preservation **We Offer:** · Gross monthly salary of $15,402.46, fully registered with IMSS. · Statutory benefits · Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: o $2,688 in food vouchers (in addition to salary) o Vacation days as stipulated by law. o 30-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo) o 6% savings fund contribution oo 50% discount on EBC educational programs · Direct employment contract with Banco Escolar y Comercial.
