




Position Summary: The Flight Attendant Instructor will design, develop, and deliver courses authorized by AFAC and evaluate students to develop their competencies as Flight Attendants. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and deliver training for future Flight Attendants 2. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities 3. Supported professional development FLIGHT ATTENDANT INSTRUCTOR \- Flight Attendant License (expired or valid). \- Minimum of 5 years verifiable experience as a Flight Attendant. \- No prior experience as an instructor. \- Excellent personal presentation. \- Availability during weekdays (Mon–Fri) from 8:00 to 14:00 hours; Saturdays from 8:30 to 16:30 hours. \- Open-minded attitude, willingness to follow instructions, and ability to adapt to a team environment. \- Punctual, responsible, capable of following instructions, discreet, and loyal. The Flight Attendant Instructor at Elitus will be responsible for: \- Designing, developing, and delivering courses authorized by AFAC (formerly DGAC), as well as evaluating students, providing them with technical knowledge and developing the necessary skills to become Flight Attendants. \- Participating in continuing education and training activities to continuously improve instructional skills. Position Type: Variable weekly hours within the schedule described in this profile. Compensation: Hourly pay (a monthly income range is indicated below; the range depends on the number of instructional hours delivered).
