As an Educational Advisor, you will serve as the key link between our academic programs in the health field and interested prospects, guiding, advising, and supporting them until their enrollment is finalized. Main Responsibilities: Receive and follow up on leads. Contact prospects via phone calls, WhatsApp, and digital channels. Present our educational offering. Close enrollments (sales). Record follow-up activities and status in databases or CRM systems. Requirements: Experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing. Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
