Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruiter to join an EdTech company, focused on attracting telephone sales talent and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Key Highlights: 1. Ongoing training on educational topics and HR An EdTech education-sector company is looking for: **RECRUITER** *Requirements* * Response times and time-to-fill metrics * Experience recruiting intangible sales, telemarketing, promotion, or call center profiles * Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field (minimum 100% credits completed) * Knowledge of administrative functions, file assembly, reporting on hires, terminations, and separations, etc. \- Not mandatory * Immediate availability * Strong preference for independent and autonomous work style * **Use of social media as a talent attraction tool** * PLUS: Experience in a recruitment agency OFFER * Salary: $12,000 monthly * Benefits and full IMSS contributions * Direct hiring by the university * Ongoing training on educational topics, HR, time management, etc. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00; Saturday, 9:00–15:00 * Remote work based on performance * Collaborative offices on Reforma Avenue, between Insurgentes and Balderas metro stations *Your Responsibilities:* * Attracting top telephone sales talent * Creative job posting across multiple job boards * Adherence to internal client’s candidate profile requirements * Screening and competency-based interviews * Psychometric assessments and file assembly *Take the next step in your professional development—apply through this channel so we can contact you promptly* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
