UVM BACHELOR'S LEVEL FACULTY - ENGLISH In this role, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing innovative pedagogical strategies that promote meaningful student learning and contribute to holistic development within Laureate Mexico. Your work will align with our global mission, generating impact in academic excellence, student experience, professional competency development, and continuous improvement of educational processes. Your key challenges - Design and implement innovative teaching strategies to strengthen meaningful learning and competency development among students. - Plan and manage the teaching-learning process to ensure achievement of academic objectives and institutional standards. - Assess student performance using formative and summative tools to drive continuous learning improvement. - Integrate educational technologies into the classroom to enrich the student experience and foster dynamic learning environments. - Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to align content, methodologies, and educational processes. - Participate in educational innovation projects that contribute to academic excellence and ongoing program updates. - Provide timely mentoring and feedback to students to support their holistic development and academic retention. Profile we seek Essential requirements - Bachelor's degree and professional license in Computing, Computer Science, Communications, or related fields. - 2 years of teaching experience at upper secondary education level. - 2 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
