Job Summary: The Centralized Collections Agent will manage student collections, identify needs, and provide efficient solutions while maintaining student satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage collections promptly and effectively. 2. Build sustainable relationships with students by providing payment solutions. 3. Impact the professional development of thousands of students. About the Role The Centralized Collections Agent will serve as the liaison between our company and both current and inactive students. The agent must take responsibility for delivering efficient solutions to achieve effective collections, as well as maintaining student satisfaction regarding any decisions or behaviors. Responsibilities: Timely management of assigned portfolio Contact students via Call, WA, Email, SMS Identify student needs, clarify information, investigate each issue thoroughly to provide solutions and payment alternatives. Meet individual and team KPIs. Build sustainable relationships with students by supporting them through any doubts or issues that may arise during the agreed-upon payment process, respecting them and ensuring an effective student experience. Follow negotiation scripts based on student needs. Update student data in corresponding platforms. Requirements: Incomplete or completed high school education. Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Collections Agent. Prior experience in Contact Center, Customer Service, Sales, and/or Preventive Collections. Familiarity with any CRM and/or ERP system.
