Contribute to the university's academic excellence **UVM CUMBRES CAMPUS IS SEEKING:** **About the Role** **Clinical Fields Supervisor** In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of clinical and professional training by coordinating with healthcare institutions and/or companies to secure the necessary sites for practice development. Your work will align with our global mission, contributing to academic excellence. **Your Key Challenges** * Collaborate with the Program Coordinator to conduct occupancy assessments and calculate placement needs for health sciences programs. * Maintain close, ongoing relationships with clinical and professional practice site providers, including healthcare institutions and companies. * Submit applications for clinical placements and social service opportunities accurately and on schedule, in compliance with institutional and national regulations. * Monitor students, faculty, and sites through scheduled visits aligned with the established academic calendar and institutional operational manuals. **Profile We Are Seeking** **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or related field. * Master’s degree preferred in Health, Education, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. **Competencies** * Thorough knowledge of Mexican regulations governing clinical fields, clinical rotations, and social service. * Familiarity with the process for managing social service placements. * Positive leadership. * Teamwork. * Decision-making ability. * Information analysis and critical thinking skills. ***We Offer:*** * Career growth plan. * Comprehensive benefits (life insurance, major medical insurance, savings fund, grocery vouchers, savings box, among others). * Academic scholarships.
