Professional Profile: * Education: Completed **Bachelor's degree** in Education, Administration, or related field * Desired experience in **customer service, document validation/authenticity verification in the educational sector.** Main Responsibilities: * Establishing effective contact with schools via various channels including email, WhatsApp, Facebook, and telephone. * Drafting official letters requesting authenticity verification. * Timely follow-up on schools' authenticity responses. * Providing consultation and support to school counselors. * Performing work effectively under pressure. * Demonstrating initiative in assigned tasks. * Proficiency in writing and syntax. * Competence in using information technologies, including computers, printers, and scanners.
