




Job Summary: Regulates, monitors, and controls the administrative management of centers to ensure smooth operations, achievement of financial objectives, and recovery of overdue receivables. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise administrative teams at learning centers 2. Design and implement strategies for recovering overdue receivables 3. Identify and control operational risks Regulate, monitor, and control the administrative management of the institution's centers to ensure operational needs are met and financial objectives are achieved. · Review and coordinate the work plans of Regional Administrative Coordinators Define guidelines for administrative processes Design and implement strategies for recovering overdue receivables and reducing their volume. Monitor budget expenditure control. Lead and supervise Managers and Directors on administrative matters, as well as address and advise on operational support requests from learning centers. Identify potential operational risks and execute corrective and preventive measures to control them. Track financial results to achieve established objectives. Ensure legal documentation at learning centers is accurate and complete to comply with applicable regulations.
