Coordinate the student graduation process Universidad Cuauhtémoc Querétaro is seeking an Academic Services Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities: * Manage and keep up-to-date documentation related to students' academic procedures. * Monitor and track indicators related to academic control and educational service quality management. * Coordinate and carry out the student graduation process, ensuring compliance and follow-up. * Advise Coordinators/Directors on the procedure for requesting diplomas, certificates, and/or official letters regarding institutional events. * Guide students on the academic regulations and/or academic calendar. * Prepare reports and statistical analyses on academic control and educational quality indicators. * Collaborate with other university departments to ensure integration and validation of information within academic management processes. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field. * Experience in academic control tasks and processing personal and confidential data. * Ability to work efficiently and organizedly, prioritizing tasks and meeting established deadlines. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Advanced proficiency in computer tools for report generation and statistical data management.
