Position Summary: Campus Coordinator responsible for academic, commercial, and administrative management, ensuring educational quality and regulatory compliance in Amealco. Key Highlights: 1. Leads academic and administrative management of the campus. 2. Ensures educational quality and regulatory compliance. 3. Promotes terminal efficiency and student satisfaction. EDUCEM REQUIRES: Campus Coordinator - Amealco Requirements: - Bachelor's degree (degree holder) - Minimum 2 years of experience in coordination or prefecture roles Knowledge: - Administration and management of service enterprises and customer service - Office software proficiency >90% - ERP-CRM (expert level) - Commercial processes - Academic management - Commercial management - Personnel management Functions/Responsibilities: - Achievement of established KPI targets such as NI, RI, RA, CC, NPS, CA, and EBITDA. - Timely response to the student, teaching, and general staff communities. - Ensuring teacher recruitment, retention, and evaluation. - Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating teaching and administrative staff. - Representing the institution at public and academic events locally and before public and private entities. - Ensuring academic quality in classrooms. - Maintaining campus facilities in optimal condition. - Ensuring commercial process execution (planning visits, prospecting, generating calls and appointments, daily enrollment target). - Ensuring students meet institutional entry and exit profile requirements. - Ensuring student terminal efficiency. - Supervision of regulatory compliance. - Guaranteeing adherence to institutional philosophy and current regulations.
