We are seeking a professional to lead and monitor academic activities aimed at training professionals with values and competitive skills, through resource management, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and excellence in educational service. As well as promoting the **Required Profile:** * Doctoral degree and license, preferably in Economics and Administration. * Experience in their area of expertise and commercial operations. * Strong communication skills. Availability to travel between campuses and collaborate with the admissions department. * **Main Responsibilities:** * Promote strategies to consolidate and position the educational offering both within and outside the campuses. * Collaborate with the commercial department, leadership, and management teams to promote doctoral programs, implementing strategies to consolidate and position the educational offering. * Design and update curriculum content with a focus on professional competencies. * Coordinate evaluation and accreditation processes for assigned academic programs. * Analyze and plan academic and student growth, considering its institutional impact. * Encourage research and participation in academic publications among university students. * Supervise that learning spaces, resources, and teaching materials are appropriate for learning. * Guide and support teaching staff on pedagogical, didactic, and disciplinary matters. * Provide follow-up and support to students throughout their academic journey, from enrollment to graduation.
