We are currently recruiting for the position of **Workshop Coordinator** for a leading company in the sector, located in Tuxtla Gutiérrez. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of the vehicle fleet * Reduce vehicle downtime * Mechanical diagnosis of gasoline and diesel vehicles * Direct supervision of mechanics and assistants * Validation of logbooks, checklists, and route departures * Management of spare parts orders and tracking * Supervise proper installation and verification of spare parts * Personnel management and control within the workshop **Requirements** * Education: Automotive Mechanical Engineering degree (preferred) * Proven experience in automotive mechanics (gasoline and diesel) * Ability to operate vehicles of 3.5 tons or more * Valid driver's license * Full schedule availability * Willingness to travel * Proficiency with diagnostic equipment (scanner) * Proficiency with PCs and Office software (Word, Excel) **Schedule**: Monday to Saturday, **5:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** (Sundays off | meal breaks according to operational needs) **We Offer** * **Monthly salary:** $14,300 gross monthly \+ statutory benefits * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, Infonavit, year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium, Fonacot, PTU as per law) * Job stability * Training and onboarding * Growth opportunities Work location: Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas.
